If we're going to fire Odom, we better get a name coach that's not somebody's coordinator, and that has power 5 coaching experience. He also better have the balls to discipline these crappy arse players! I'm sick of giving them the keys to the new car with no ramifications!
The new coach has to not only have the respect of his bosses, but the fans and players. If the fans don't like the hire, they won't show up and buy tickets....if the players don't like him, they'll just lay down and take it in the fanny! We saw that this week!
