It is my 100,000 mile commuter car that I drive from the suburbs into work each day. It has a lot of life left in it, but I'm not too concerned if the exterior looks bad.
So, you rely on this car for your daily commute, but you do not care enough to wash it more than "maybe" one time per year?
Not much to worry about except for eventual breakdown of the paint which will lead to rust followed by water intrusion.

The interior is clean and the engine is maintained regularly.
What can I say? Nobody is perfect.
