That is beyond creepy; it's pathetic. I've had gals slap me & such before. However, I never laid hands on them. I either block the slap or just took it & walked away. I would not hit them in such a situation. Only way I can see it justified to hit a woman is if she is coming at you with a knife or gun or something like that; at that point you are defending your life. But just to hit a woman? Pathetic.
