Brown never once made a play on the ball, practically tackling the FSU WR as he tried to make the catch. This was pass interference all day long. Maybe it was just cause I was watching in the stadium, but it looked to me like he timed getting his hands up into the receiver as the ball arrived.
Eta: Looked up the replay, and it does look like Brown was a tad early. By no means a blatant missed call and very hard to see in realtime.
