Wow, not having lived in GA for awhile, I forgot how fricking retarded that whole setup was. Good thing they've finally moved past that. A lot more breweries will probably pop up as a result.

Yep, Gwinnett's first brewery is opening on the 15th in downtown Lawrenceville. Specifically because of this law. With all of the abandoned warehouse districts in towns all over this state, the industry is going to explode. You can get the county to actually pay you to take over and renovate a condemned warehouse on a river and turn it into something nice for the town.


Previous poster talking about the old Omalley's that would be a perfect place to open a brewery.
