The NCAA's investigative team investigated Leo's claim of MSU paying him on their own. They did not do it because the COI told them to. You don't know what you are talking about. Leo Lewis is going to go in there and answer questions that the COI has about his recruitment pertaining to Ole Miss. He is not going to be asked questions regarding MSU or LSU or anyone else.
