It's directly referenced in a legal document. That'll have to be good enough for you. It's a fact. Get over it. Just to be clear here, to believe that it's not a fact means that you believe Ole Miss is defending itself officially by referencing a conversation that Leo Lewis had with the NCAA THAT DIDNT ACTUALLY EXIST. Just trying to slip one right by the ol COI.

I don't know about Leo's testimony because I wasn't there but I would think that if Leontold the NCAA this it would have been mentioned in your NOA. Instead it just simply states he got money from you and you alone. Nothing from the NCAA states he said he took money from another institution.

and your statements lead me to believe you don't know the difference between a fact and ole miss' version of things. the latter is not necessarily a fact and in this case, is doubtful that it's factual given their responses.
