The seats themselves had been installed for varying lengths of time. Outside of a couple seats, there was no mad rush to put them in. I am not aware of them being stolen, but who knows? The seat/row numbers had not been placed until late in the process and some were put on the wrong spot, but very easily fixable.
The mobile ticket should display the same seats as what is on your account. That is very weird and should always be right.

Let's just say I have a very very good source on this
As far as the app I think it was just some bug. Everything seems fine now.
