And that's not opening weekend either. Just some 14th week additions involving Hawaii, teams playing Hawaii, and the game outside the Continental US (Rice-Stanford). Colorado State, BYU, and San Jose State all play at Hawaii this season and get the 14th week added to their schedule if wanted.

Opening weekend is when ALL schools are eligible to schedule games. There are only two other FBS schools in the entire US that were eligible to schedule games on 8/26. They are Fresno State and San Diego State because they are also playing at Hawaii this season.
