I believe that pick plays should be called like targeting plays meaning that intentional doing a rub route is penalized as a pick route. Targeting the intent can be flagged so I think intent on rub routes should be flagged.
Didn't Clemson win on an intentional run route which should be flagged as a pick route.

Same for having an OL illegally
down field.
I think you should be able challenge and review one penalty per game with an independent official.
Also there's no reason the playoff games should not have handpicked officiating crews.
