Poorest states

We are talking a 1% difference in people living below the poverty level. Not really a significant difference. Both states are shitholes but Louisiana will always have New Orleans and nothing in Alabama can compete with that. You have one decent beach area. Beaches are only useful about 4 months out of the year. New Orleans is great year around.
