Well, I think what started all this were the allegations that he was having sex with some girl. It would have been stuatory. That is another first hand allegation. Second hand allegations that he was doing this with several other girls as well.

Statute of limitations has long passed on that. He won't be in any legal trouble from his time at Briarcrest, even if all of the rumors were 100% true. At worst, he'd be looking at felony sexual battery or statuatory rape, both of which have a 4 year statute.
