Nobody is expecting Ole Miss to be a winner, much less a contender, over the next several years. So, expectations would be very low and the pay very good. That isn't going to cause anyone to switch jobs to go to Ole Miss, IMHO. But, for those that are wanting the money without a bunch of pressure, it's going to be enticing for a few.

Les Miles doesn't seem like the type to go to a program that is going to be on probation for awhile. He wants to win.
