I would add 2000: LSU 41, Mississippi State 34.
Mississippi State was in a four year long groove (West title and a 10 win season) and Nick Saban made halftime adjustments and showed everyone how to beat the MSU defense (which had finished #1 in the nation two straight years)
Three years later, Saban is hoisting the crystal ball and Sherrill and Joe Lee Dunn are out of a job.
