Hey, you are probably right. But this quote indicates that the percentage is falling.
So 60 percent (and rising?) is playing fake army.

I enrolled after serving 8 years as an enlisted troop. I could have been a Day Duck but in the early 70's I had taken enough crap from the Charles Satterfield types, so I became a non reg & let my hair grow.
