Third generation alum, class of 2006, Knoxville native, member of a registered First Family of Tennessee. My blood is as orange as it gets. That doesn't change the fact that Jones is both embarrassing and only marginally competent as a coach.

I don't feel the need to stick up for someone who has proven his inability to coach. I do appreciate the work he has done to bring the VOLS back from the pit of despair, but I think he has hit his ceiling. I hope that I will be proven wrong this season.
