Seniors getting drafted in the top 10 rounds doesn't mean anything. It's only done because the mlb club's can offer them $100 and a plane ticket then say "take it or leave it". They have zero negotiating power and the club will save a shite ton of money in their bonus pool to sign guys they really want based off what they saved signing the top 10 round picks under slot.
