Yep, they all straight up lied and then filed a lawsuit. You only do that if you are telling the truth, have nothing to loose or a combination of both....the later I believe is the case in this situation.

OM admitted that Barney set up Boosters to make contact with Leo Lewis. But Leo is the liar those Boosters gave him money? Why did Barney put Boosters in contact with him?
