OM is going to get hit a lot harder than the self-imposed, but likely not as hard as many here wish or expect.
OM isn't going to sue the NCAA. That would open up every coach and every (or several) OM/Freeze recruits to subpoenas and cross examination under oath. Would OM want that? Even if OM is only doing whatever everyone else is doing, a lawsuit would only uncover more infractions and make their problems worse.
