I'm counting Peterman as the 7th albeit with an asterik/partial credit. He's a literal alum and graduated from UT before transferring. He spent 3 years in Knoxville played 2 years and spent another 1 as a redshirt, and two years at Pitt. Besides, I'm sure you'll agree that anyone who had to suffer the notorious Swamp Herp-Derp game with him deserves at least partial credit for when he actually managed to put it together.
