re: AR Senate Resolution Calls for Ref Education

This is as bad as the federal government investigating MLB players for PED's. Some things the government just needs to stay out of no matter if it's for the better of the sports. The NCAA should be the one mandating all of this and penalizing the refs for the bad calls/no-calls.
