Cobb simply doesn't want them to feel satisfaction of uga acknowledging the rivalry? That's some deep down hate. It's so much hate, he refuses to admit it exists.

This is a fun argument but it's getting old. Let me put this way. Is Vandy UT's biggest rival? They have the most similar relationship that Tech and UGA have. Ask a UT fan and you find the answer to be, no, it's UF, UGA, and Bama. They set their sights way higher than Vandy.

I really can't understand the thought process in the thinking that Tech is UGA's biggest rival. They are our in-state rival, but certainly not our biggest. Perhaps when we were both vying for SEC/national titles, but Tech has very little hope anymore of national titles. Certainly not on an annual basis. Sewanee was, at one time, the best college football in the state of TN. They're not now. Times change.

LSU and Tulane are in the same state, but Tulane is not LSU's biggest rival. Arkansas St. and Arkansas are in the same state, but are not biggest rivals.

Tech is not our biggest rival. Were at one time but are not now. UGA has higher aspirations than just beating Tech just as UT has higher aspirations than just beating Vandy. UGA fans hate Tech but should not elevate the program to "biggest football rival" status. They don't deserve it.

Sorry but Uga vs tech is much more than your other examples. I guess that what makes it special unlike the others. Where are you really from? Folks from Cobb usually aren't as confused as you are on this subject.
