Arkansas has to make sure it gets it right on the OL. Can't take any chances in this year's class given the shape they're in. They've got to A) find quality players and B) make sure those players are definitely going to make it to campus. This has been expected for a while, thus the lack of updates on Joe. This kid didn't meet either category. I know for a fact any juco we take must be an early enrollee. They probably want at least a few of these freshman OL to do the same.
