I would highly recommend THIS BOOK (LINK) for anyone interested in the effect that Title IX and the DoJ's Office of Civil Rights has had on colleges and their administration of sexual assault cases (cases that would be better left to law enforcement with their ability to supboena, put witnesses under oath, and gather evidence) over the last 20 to 25 years.
