(Also, Jesus wasn't completely innocent. He wasn't sowing revolt against the Romans, true, but he did exactly what they were accusing him of doing when he claimed divinity and created a commotion with his religious teachings. Whether you believe in his divinity or not, the point of the entire story wasn't his guilt or innocence of worldly charges but being a sacrificial lamb for humanity as a whole. Maybe someone could shoot Freeze an email to that effect?)

That's really the beauty of the whole situation in my eyes. That a charlatan, trying to appeal to the most base instincts and beliefs of his target audience, misses the entire point of Christ's role in Christianity. Most specifically why Jesus had to be crucified.

It hard to tell if he is aware of this and just peddling BS to recruits or if he truly doesn't understand the finer points of the religion he so proudly throws in everyone's face.
