Monty is probably the most underrated LB in this class. Georgia coming in late is surprising but nobody should underestimate that staffs ability to get talented players. LSU desperately needs Rice after Saban stole Allen and Moses out of Baton Rouge.

UGA isn't coming in late. We were his leader right up until he committed to LSU.
