You were calling for Lock to be axed before the Arkansas game. Kid is a future top 5 pick and has pretty filthy numbers given plenty of external factors that have hindered his success.
You're not the visionary type. You don't feel and see what isn't physically there. Which is cool. The world needs your type. That's not as dickish as it sounds. Your type is needed.
The frustration is justified. The negativity is understood. I'm calling for a little bit of balance. Of course the scale isn't 50/50, there's more bad than good, but to put hyper-focus on the bad and past and not have any vision or feel for the undercurrent and the positives is a shame and I believe it makes it harder for the people working to fix it.
When I think of Haith's program I think of a house with crazy shite going on. I think of Delta House. People riding motorcycles up the stairs. Bottles being thrown against the wall. No, this isn't just about thugs wearing hats at the dinner table and it's not just about the actions of the players. This is about the overtone of the entire program and the values that ran from coaches to players.
It can be very difficult to change culture, be it in sports or business. The guy tore up the Miami program and he tore up our program. He left a cultural disaster.
I don't understand why people have such a hard time with this stuff -- but then again this is the same board who wouldn't listen when I said DGB was an idiot before he started getting in trouble.
I believe there's some positives. They're noted throughout this board in other threads.
And really, I don't care all that much. I'm not even a big basketball fan. I just really hate incomplete thinking and I can't stand seeing adults be so pitifully negative and ignorant to some good signs.

You're losing it again my friend. The condescending and pretentious sleepingmo is going down that same path I've seen before.
But that's cool. I find it entertaining. Unfortunately, it won't last through the weekend unless you avoid the poli board.
In the meantime, the rest of us will work to reach that higher level of thinking that you are on that allows you to see that Sandy Hook was a farce when the rest of us think it truly happened.

It's like a time traveling loop with you man. We all know how this movie will end.
I even defend you some because when you're on your meds you can be an insightful poster. Oh well, you won't last long going down this path again.
