Your example is nothing like FSU. PSU lost two games, one by 40 points. Osu lost only one game, that was a easy decision for them... FSU and Louisville had the same record, explain why FSU gets the nod after losing by 40+ to Louisville

I was trying to help you out and agree with you... sorry for doing so

The point I was trying to make is that they don't have any set criteria for how they rank, so there is no explanation for anything they do really, or rather there can be any explanation. If I had to take an honest guess, I'd either go with Louisville looked worse late and lost the last weekend or two
