It's all about the bowl game.
In the next three weeks I expect Strickland to get a lot of calls and emails from boosters, maybe some visits too. They will tell him that things must change.
If the bowl game is good, then things will be OK.
If the bowl game is bad, Strickland will be in a bad spot. Recruits and boosters will force Strickland's hand. Many will push him to get Spurrier back on the sideline.
JMO. But, I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, so you should probably believe what I'm saying.

UF if it is on the internet...it must be true?
Wrong.
Spurrier isnt going to prowl the sidelines anytime soon in my opinion. Boosters will not be welcomed to suggest firing anyone on a staff that has had 2 years to build a program and have been in the SECCG twice.
Its the same cheese and whine shite after any loss.
Someone has to eat the blame sandwich. Kneejerk reactions are common in every SEC fanbase....its the passion.
I realize that yesterday wasnt pretty but I can also find rays of sunshine that things will be better. 2017 will tell me a lot about the direction of the program and if I dont see improvement...I will be on "coaching alert" myself, but lets not lose sight that UT, UGA, UK, USC, Vandy, Mizzou all wish they could be in Atlanta. If we go to the SECCG again next year there will be a fourth year for Mac without a doubt.
Going to the SECCG 3 years in a row to me means that we are knocking on the door....and of course we want to kick the door in....and you got to get there in order to do so. There is a reason that UF has its name out there with several QB transfers...Mac wants to win the SEC.
UT was suppose to be the favorite to win the east and we didnt get much play from the media because of the putrid bowl game. Win our bowl now and get a good recruiting class is going to signal UF is getting there.

Our only DT commit looks to be headed to the hogs. All is well.
