State of Emergency Declared in Pickens County (No, really, it is.)

The declaration said additional assistance beyond the scope of local and state agencies is needed. So naturally this means that she's going to ask clemson to postpone or reassign a venue location for the game, right? At the very least, she'll tell clemson that there won't be any State Police at the game b/c first responders will be needed elsewhere.
