A lot of it has to do with where you are from. If you are from North Alabama and were born at any point before 1990 I'd be shocked if Tennessee wasn't at the very least 1B.
Lots of Tennessee people up there and lots of Alabama people in Memphis, Nashville, Chattanooga and Middle Tennessee.

Bama fans here in Chattanooga (and TN in general) are a disgrace. They were Vols fans until Fat Phil got fired and they've slowly converted all of their UT gear to Bama gear during the Saban era. I work with people like this, who for no effing reason are Bama fans when they grew up UT fans.
What I'm saying is that they should be lined up and executed via firing squad.
