The 63 yarder was underthrown. Safety crossed over the top and ran out of the play. CB was doing what he always does -- attempt to interfere with the catch -- and didn't bother to make a tackle after the catch.

75 yard run was blocked well to the edge (helped by a completely inadvertent trip of the OLB that had containment), and then it looked like the Keystone Kops for about the final 65 yards. Had defensive players all around him.
