We'll see what happens when Knight is gone. He won the game against us single handedly with his scrambling ability.

Knight was adequate. That's all we need him to be.

That game was more about Auburn having a bunch of issues, rather than Aggy actually being good. Look at the stats and not the score, and you seriously have a hard time guessing who won the game. Auburn had 1 fumble, but 7 more 1st downs. The only significant difference is that Auburn gave up big plays. Trayveon Williams broke for 89 yards. Reynolds had a 51 yard reception. Speedy had a 40 yard reception. Auburn's biggest play was a 33 yard run by Pettway.

Aggy is WAY overrated. We'll beat SC and probably hang with 10-R-C for 3 quarters, but we will be exposed during the last half of the schedule.

Eh, we're basically handicapped by Knight at the same time though. It's a double-edged sword. He is not a good passer. We have HAD to gear the offense toward his running ability with options (and to their credit, the coaches at least realized they had to do that) in order to get any production out of him. He's an overall 'meh' QB. With our D, playmakers at RB and WR, and vastly improved OL, that is good enough.

Our offense with Knight has evolved game-to-game as well. So it's been hard to scheme against because it is a work-in-progress that is being continually tailored, not only to him, but also to the progression of our very young OL as well. I don't know if we could get the production we are getting if opposing staffs had an off-season to scheme against us with a full year of film of us as a settled offense and Knight coming back. Fortunately or unfortunately, he isn't coming back. We'll be a ? for D coordinators again next year.
