Wow, you are quite the self righteous one I see.

How so?

OH! I get it. It's ok for you to criticize and point fingers....you just don't want anybody to do the same to you.

quote:

I guess you're right. We haven't had an O line problem going back to when Ray Goff stalked the hedges.

But that's not what you said. You said:

43 skill guys and 9 O lineman.

All I did was ask when this was the case. And for that I am self righteous?

quote:

Those prison rapes we received from UF, UT and now Bama aren't the result of fewer and less skilled O lineman.

If you will check our Deeprig's thread about OL, you will find that, other than Alabama, we stack up quite nicely against all the teams you mentioned. But let's not let facts get in the way of a good thrashing of a coach who is not here.

quote:

Just as I'm sure you are aware no matter how good ours was, somebody with more and better curb stomped us each and every year.

Isn't that the case for everybody in the country?

quote:

I'm out

Probably the most sane and sensible thing you have said. If you can't back up what you are saying with facts, don't come on here stirring for a fight, cause somebody on here will accommodate you.

Bama signs 5 a year- UT in their heyday at least that. UT and UF of today aren't what they were, today's UT/ UF was never the comparison. Not even getting into the overall talent.

I say something clearly tongue & cheek about 43 skill guys and 9 O Lineman....somehow I "can't back it up with facts" and am "looking for a fight"....Really??

CMR did not focus the same recruiting attention on LT's as he did QB's. Experience, evidence, and common sense have proven this. If you see it differently, then so be it. But I can assure you that you are in the clear minority.

"Criticize and point fingers"....shaking head.
