re: Last night's game is first time since 2002

Lot of strange trends in this series.

Sean White had a fair but not spectacular night passing - 236 yards and no TDs. But that was a better passing performance than every LSU QB in Jordan-Hare since 1981, save for Jemarcus Russel's 269 yards in '06.

Also, the Barn Burner in '96 was the only time in the last 14 trips LSU has made to AU where they beat a team that finished the year above .500 (their only other road victories since 1981 were in '98, '08, and '12).

Another one for the ages. At least we came out on the good side this time.
