well i didnt say i had unlimited funds 
. If i have 2k to spend and an IPO is offered at 100@share then i buy 20 shares compared to an IPO being offered at 20@ share and buying 100 shares. Was hoping to purchase more shares is all i was saying. I also gave you a downvote since you gave me one.
