Easily Miss St and then Vandy. Neither provide a tv market to the conference that is not already saturated by another SEC school. Neither have much tradition of providing meaningful accomplishments in revenue producing sports (football and basketball). Neither have any particular appeal to a national audience (no famous traditions or things that you are celebrated for).
Vandy does at least provide some academic prestige to the conference (not that it really matters), as well as legal advantages of being private. And Nashville is a cool town to visit. So yea, MSU is by far the weakest link.

Should the SEC trade MSU to the ACC for a NC team?
