Not unexpected. I'm excited for the coming year. I sure know we have a lot of students in town (off topic). Damn kids are getting younger and younger.

I can't wait to watch him throw a basic crossing pattern. It was infuriating/depressing last year watching McGee cross over the middle wide open waving his hands yelling while Treon ran around, eventually getting sacked or throwing it out of bounds.

We have enough speedsters that some of the shorter routes will turn into longer gains or 6 points. Im excited to see our run game and although it is UMass...it can prove a few things to me. Its a mismatch and we might be somewhat vanilla but HC Mac will probably throw in a few wrinkles to keep UK & UT DCs up at night.
I feel very good about QBing in general and Appleby is good insurance. Believe me he will play some snaps to get acclimated and focused.
