I'll give you a scenario. ut finally beats UF. Along about the middle of UGA week, ut decides they had better stop celebrating and prepare for UGA. Too late. UGA kicks ut's arse. ut then goes to aTm with their head down and gets their arse kicked again. Then Bama really, really kicks their arse.

Most credible scenario I've seen.

Their record when playing 4 consecutive SEC games, that do not include UK and Vandy, in 4 consecutive weeks is atrocious. 1992 all over again. 9-3 (5-3)

1992-Tennessee (SEC)

9/5 vs. Louisiana-Lafayette (2-9) W 38 3
9/12 @ *Georgia (10-2) W 34 31
9/19 vs. *Florida (9-4) W 31 14
9/26 vs. Cincinnati (3-8) W 40 0
10/3 @ *Louisiana State (2-9) W 20 0
10/10 vs. *Arkansas (3-7-1) L 24 25
10/17 vs. *Alabama (13-0) L 10 17
10/31 @ *South Carolina (5-6) L 23
24
11/14 @ Memphis (6-5) W 26 21
11/21 vs. *Kentucky (4-7) W 34 13
11/28 @ *Vanderbilt (4-7) W 29 25
1/1 vs. Boston College (8-3-1) W 38 23 @ Tampa, FL Hall of Fame Bow

Edit: Wasn't even 4 consecutive weeks. Missed that. Should have known Roy Kramer wouldn't schedule that without giving them a bye. He scheduled the 4 week thingy but 8 times in the 20 years he was responsible for the schedules.
