He didn't play them. Lee, Jennings, to some degree JJ. He played them one year and sat them year 2. I don't understand why this is such a hard concept. More QB's under Les at LSU have gone backwards (lost their jobs) than have had major jumps in production.

Russell improved, Mettenberger improved, Lee improved. Jefferson regressed and Jennings basically stayed the same. He never sat Jefferson, he suspended him. Harris is TBD

Interesting that you bring this up. Freeze has yet to "develop" his own QB. He keeps getting them from juco. Guess we will see what becomes of poor Patterson (if he stays).
