I would absolutely LOVE to fill those shoes if I were a top coach. You'll be inheriting an absolute gold mine. True that the job isn't for everyone. But most of the coaches that consider themselves among the best welcome the challenge of coaching an elite program with a storied tradition and rabid fanbase.
