Does it matter, really? It's not hurting anyone, and you're perfectly free to look askance at their season. I'm sure most of them are perfectly aware that fans of more successful teams don't have any respect for a 6-6 bowl team.
When it comes to CFB, there are many more important places to start taking a stand on principle than some mediocre football team's activities in late December.
