Adding an Oklahoma would not add any large market and would only serve to divide the share of money by another team. I think that "16" feels like a more "ideal" number than "14", since we are human beings and we like patterns. Like, "super conferences" are only here in some people's minds when we get to 16. Why isn't 14 considered a "super conference"? Because someone once upon a time said 16 was the magic number?
