SEC doesn't need nor should choose Oklahoma(like Kevin Durant!)..

3 of the 4 SEC expansion teams have been to the West, time to go East and slightly upper-Atlantic Coast(Va and NC markets which have both grown by 1M per decade over the last 30 yrs)..academia, wealth, Basketball/Baseball recruiting..

Oklahoma, has 3.9M people up a mere 900K the last 36 yrs total, has but two metros of any note, is a defacto Texas school that mooches it's rosters and much of it's students from Texas..

Every program or sport they excel in is one the SEC already boasts in spades..

SEC Expansion doesn't need to happen at all, nor anytime soon, but if/when, needs to be into the ACC/BE/Big10 seaboard grab bag..not barren Lower Middle America/Indian Nation.

Oklahoma only offers lore..SEC already has that.
