I'm not sure why Bama fans are so defensive on this- I don't and I'm sure most (ok rational people) don't blame Bama etc for this. It's a stupid DA being a fanboy and willingly admitting to the public that them being football players weighed into his decision. That's what makes it cloudy.

I think most of us assumed the DA reviewed facts and determined was a law broken and can I prove it in court. It is pretty novel that do these kids workout in the heat played a part.
