The big fricking deal is it is against the law. Your ideas of what is right and wrong do not matter. Yes I agree this country is not as "free" as others, but you cannot please everyone. What you agree with in regards to possessing illegal firearms are different than the majority of the country. What matters is the kids broke the law and there are precedents set which should be followed. I understand about social inequality, but that is not what this case is about. These kids I am sure were explained to them what is at stake for their future by plenty of role models at the collegiate and high school level.

Everyone else here is offering their unsolicited personal opinions on the alleged crime, so I offered mine. Your opinions on what happened and who may or may not have committed the crimes in question are equally irrelevant. Plus you were already getting an early start on your whining in another thread about their suspensions, surely you would welcome a discourse on the seriousness of the harm caused by their actions as it relates to such a suspension?

Then what is it about? If it is not about one class of citizens getting preferential treatment over another, can you just admit this is about LSU and Alabama to you?
