That's more a problem than not sending these two to jail.

Seems the vast majority of people on this board don't think either marijuana or simply possessing a gun is such a huge deal. . .

If you can prove the one kid stole a gun then charge him with that. .

If not, give them a fine and don't spend tens of thousands of dollars putting people in jail that seemingly have done absolutely nothing to harm anyone.
