Very excited, because I am educated and trust the justice systems ruling. I would be appalled if we kept a young man out of school over misdomeanor simple assault.

Of course you feel that way. I'm sure if that was your sister, wife, or daughter, you would feel less optimistic with the "justice". Keep roll'n in the cowpies.
