Cultural and historical aspects of Louisiana? Please entertain me here and tell me what in the world those things even are. From Huey Long to David Duke, Louisiana might be one of the most backwards and corrupt states in the Union. I guess in your world having parishes instead of counties, crawfish boils, and throwing dice are enough to constitute history and culture... but meh. No one cares about Louisiana unless they want to visit Bourbon Street. If you possessed something other than a "delusional and self absorbed mind" maybe you'd realize that.
