It's definitely posturing. It's ALL posturing. That's what the league has been about for a long time.
Texas won't tell OU what they are in favor of, because Texas doesn't want to make changes. They care about what is good for Texas, not whether the league is viable.
So OU has been going public with their "concerns"... This is all not surprising at all.
So glad we don't have to deal with that mess anymore
